Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is a book about a boy who has no luck what so ever, but when he gets into bad luck, he then seems to get the best luck the world has ever known. Huck fell into bad luck several times in the book.
His partner Jim got bitten by a snake and almost died. Jim and Huck get lose each other many times over the period when they try to escape, Always seeming to find each other in the nick of time though. One time Jim and Huck where thrown off the raft by a steam boat and they got separated. Huck got caught in between a feud between two families. When Huck finally finds Jim they decide to head back south. They then run into two men who call themselves a king and a duke. They King and the Duke take them on wild run of scandals. They do fake plays where they charge people for it and skedaddle out of the town and never return. They tried to even impersonate a dead man’s brothers to get the man’s money and real-estate. When they were selling off all the dead man’s things they got caught because Huck told the dead man’s daughter. When the real brothers show up, nobody knows who the real brothers are so they decide to dig up the coffin to see if the money was in there. When it was found the king and duke escape to Huck and they off down the river. The king then sells Jim when Huck wasn’t there so Huck goes after Jim. He meets Tom and they come up with a plan to save Jim,
Huck had the worst kind of luck, but when he did get into bad luck it suddenly turned on him and he got good luck.
